I had the privilege of contributing music to the documentary Geef Ze Bergen.
For this project, I worked in co-creation with director Jeppe van Pruissen and Bosnian singer Tea Mikic.
De film GEEF ZE BERGEN is een film over samen het leven leren. Onderwijs gaat uiteindelijk over het zijn en worden van een vrij en verantwoordelijk mens en het vormgeven van een betekenisvol leven.
Het gaat over jezelf leren kennen in relatie tot al het andere, voelen wat je raakt, ontdekken waar je voor staat, leren samenleven en betekenisvol bijdragen aan de wereld om je heen.
Tijdens een hike van meerdere dagen in de bergen van Bosnië met een groep jongeren, pedagogen en een filmploeg wordt dit nogmaals duidelijk. Er was geen leraar of leerling meer, maar bergwandelaars, mensen met een gezamenlijke missie, die samen iets groots aandurfden.
Ragtag participated in a contest, run by sampling specialists Westwood Instruments. The contest required entrants to score a short film ‘The Lost Piano with with actor Dennis Gerald.
André Brocatus Design Consultancy produced an introduction video to enthuse customers of Kinaxis for a serious game about logistics. Ragtag produced up-tempo exciting music to fit the software challenge.
Film & Animaties Bart Koopman produced an instruction video for the Nyenrode Business University and Ragtag produced the accompanying music for this video.

RagTag is run by composer, musician, performer Edwin de Graaf.
He works from his studio in Utrecht in the Netherlands, composing music in a variety of different styles. He is actively pursuing a career in media composition with an emphasis on working with independent film directors as well as advertising companies & corporate production houses.
